Offline Decision Support for Emergency Operations (NIMS/ICS)
A planned offline assistant to help emergency operations staff draft situation reports, track resource requests, and weigh courses of action.
In development. No working demo, screenshots, or results yet. The design is a retrieval-based assistant on public doctrine and plans (FEMA CPG 101, the National Response Framework, ICS forms, and public hazard mitigation plans) with synthetic incident feeds.
Every recommendation would cite its sources, and a person would make the decision. Intended to run with no internet access on an on-premises stack.
