Most organizations cannot say how much of their mission depends on cloud regions, power, and network paths they do not control, or what happens if one of them is lost.

Sovereign AI Risk Profile
A free, browser-only tool that scores how exposed an organization's mission data and AI are when they live in someone else's cloud.
A static, client-side questionnaire that produces six sub-scores (data sensitivity, availability, physical location, power and connectivity, supply chain, and vendor lock-in) and a recommendation: start with an onsite backup, go hybrid, or go sovereign onsite now. Answers never leave the browser.
Each answer maps to a weighted sub-score. Location risk draws on Terminus Est Lab's region risk tiers; power and connectivity scoring weights physically diverse network paths above backup power at the site, and scores backup fuel against a 12-hour minimum and a 24–72 hour norm. Dated GPU price data by region informs the cost section.
- [Analysis] Connectivity failures matter as much as power: in Hurricane Ian, more cell sites failed from lost backhaul than from lost power (136 vs. 118) [Verified, Terminus Est Lab power and connectivity dataset; primary source to be cited before launch].
- [Verified] Standard cloud terms from AWS and Oracle excuse the provider for power and telecom failures, so contracts do not remove the risk.
- [Analysis] We found no verified case of a business failing because of a strike on a data center. The tool says so plainly.
